How prior should I book an appointment?

Kindly contact the receptionist before booking an appointment. 

Can I see a solicitor without an appointment?

Yes, we are very flexible to cater our clients on availability, but we do suggest making an appointment to avoid any inconvenience out of long waiting times or unavailability.

Can my assigned solicitor visit me at my home or office?

In routine it is not possible, but we do cater our clients in special circumstances, so if it seems essential in special circumstances our solicitors can visit you.

What documents or information do you require at the first meeting? 


You will require providing as much as information about the case and supporting documents that our solicitor should understand the core of the case and be able to give you the best and well-informed advice.

Can I switch from my current solicitor to you? 


Yes Off course, you can opt to switch from your current solicitors to us but we will not be liable for any costs of switching or any payments to your current solicitors.

How I qualify for a legal aid? 


The individuals on a low income or receiving benefits may be eligible for legal aid. We have legal aid available for client’s who need representation in their Asylum Mattters. Kindly give us a call to find out more if you are claiming asylum or have already claimed asylum.

Do you cater clients at legal aid?

Yes, we do cater the clients at legal aid for Asylum.

How can I pay my fee?

We accept payment by cash (to a certain limit) and cheques.

Do you offer ‘no win, no fee’ for any cases?

Yes in Injury Claim cases we do offer a ‘no win, no fee’ condition.

Do you run a “fixed fee” policy? 


In a few legal services we do offer fixed rates, but over all it is impossible to offer a fixed fee as the fee structure and legal expenditures depend on the time and energy spent on a task.
